On the buying process I objectively point out features of the property as we are viewing it, and then assist buyers in negotiating the best deal for their new home. I am able to give unparalleled insight into the market trends and opportunities through my membership in both the Cornerstone Association of Realtors and Toronto Regional Real Estate boards, as that gives me full access to their MLS® information database.
